Mary
Mary brings 25 years of experience providing high-quality, holistic mental health support. She holds an MBA and is licensed in multiple states, offering a broad professional perspective alongside deep clinical expertise. Her commitment to this work is both professional and deeply personal. She is the wife of a former Marine and current law enforcement captain with over 25 years of service, and a proud mother of three, including a soon-to-be Naval Academy graduate preparing to commission as a Marine pilot.
For the past 15 years, Mary has dedicated her clinical work to supporting military members, first responders, and their families. She understands firsthand the demands, sacrifices, and unspoken pressures that accompany a life of service. This experience allows her to create a therapeutic space that is safe, flexible, and grounded in genuine understanding.
Mary’s therapeutic style is warm but direct, approachable and even fun at times, while remaining focused on real, effective progress. Her work is motivated by a deep sense of purpose and a belief that those who serve deserve better, more accessible mental health care. With that mission at the center of her practice, Mary integrates evidence-based modalities with a person-centered approach, helping clients build resilience, clarity, and lasting change.
