Frequently Asked Questions
Confidential. Affordable. Flexible.
General
At this time, I am self-pay only because it allows for more privacy and flexibility. Not working with insurance means less paperwork, fewer third parties involved, and greater confidentiality for you. It also significantly reduces overhead, which allows me to keep rates lower and more affordable. My goal is to make care as accessible, straightforward, and private as possible.
Not at all. You don’t have to be part of a service family to book with me—it’s simply a population close to my heart. I work with anxiety, depression, work stress, life changes, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. I also have lots of experience working with teenagers and members of the LGBTQ community.
Incredibly confidential. I take privacy very seriously—so seriously that I don’t even require last names. What you share and the fact that you’re here stay between us.
I completely understand that there’s a very real fear of consequences at work, within families, or in other parts of life. Those concerns are valid, and this is meant to be a space where you don’t have to worry about being exposed, judged, or traced back to you. Your privacy isn’t just respected here—it’s protected.
*The only exception is that I am a mandated reporter, meaning I’m required by law to report certain situations involving immediate harm or abuse.
