Individual Sessions (13yrs and up) :

30 minutes – $75 
Short, focused check-ins to support maintenance work, follow-ups, or a specific concern that needs brief support. 

45 minutes – $100
Standard therapy length, giving space to process what’s happening in your life while still fitting into a busy schedule.
 

Couples & Families:

60 minutes – $150
Joint sessions for couples or families to work through communication challenges, stress, conflict, and the impact of high-stress or service-related work on relationships. These sessions focus on strengthening connection and building practical tools you can use together at home.
